GoldMansour & Rutherford specializes in working with educators to develop or support inclusive programs for today’s diverse classrooms in all content area and grade levels (PreK-12). We provide professional development opportunities that will move your school towards classrooms where students of all abilities are functioning to their highest potential.

We provide CONSULTATION directly to district leaders and building level administrators to help design and implement inclusive programs, as well as identify professional development needs.

We offer a variety of WORKSHOPS for large groups up to 30 participants as well as for small targeted groups. We offer a variety of workshop opportunities including Co-Teaching and Collaboration , Creating Adaptive Materials and Supporting Students using Positive Behavioral Supports

Our INSTRUCTIONAL COACHING provides administrators, instructional leadership and classroom teachers direct, customize support that meets the individual needs of the diverse communities in all schools.

Our services are hands-on and intensive: we work directly with your teachers to attack the challenges in their own classrooms, while being respectful of teacher style, student’s individual needs and district expectations. By working with your staff to problem solve, identify appropriate resources, strategize and co-plan we help you answer the question, “How do we reach the high expectations that come with standardized testing?”, “No Child Left Behind and Adequate Yearly Progress?”

We bring to your teachers a toolbox of strategies, resources and solutions to help your school dissect and examine the complexities of inclusive education, co-teaching and data driven literacy programs. GoldMansour & Rutherford’s workshops are designed to be interactive and to provide opportunities for teachers to learn, discuss, practice, reflect and bring their learning back to their own classroom.

G&R now offers WEBINARS. Our Webinars provide teachers an affordable, timely and convenient option for engaging in meaningful learning on their own time. We understand that time is limited within a teacher’s day or work week. Therefore, Webinars are offered multiple times throughout the school year to support new teachers while taking their first steps towards building an inclusive co-taught classroom.
