Instructional Coaching
G&R’s professional Instructional Coaches provide individualized support for teachers and teams. Our coaching sessions are tailored to meet your teachers’ professional developmental needs and interests. They are comprised of a pre-lesson meeting; in class time for modeling, demonstration and observation; and a post–lesson meeting to debrief.
We are available to provide any of the following services during the coaching session in order to support professional development in your schools:
- Lesson planning with teachers / teams
- Co-teaching structures
- Assessment of individual student and whole class needs
- Development and modeling of differentiated materials
- Facilitation of co-planning meetings
- Understanding the dimensions of inclusive education
- Building co-teaching relationships
