Our highly qualified Coaches provide expert consulting services to help school communities implement and maintain inclusive programming.
G&R’s work focuses on supporting students with Special Education services in Least Restrictive Environments (LRE). We believe the best
professional development occurs when our coaches have direct relationships with administrators and teachers and can address the situations
that are unique to each classroom. To accomplish this our coaches work closely on site with school staff as an embedded member of
the school’s instructional team. G&R coaches work with school staff to build the co-teaching models, collaboration amongst teachers and
Related Service Providers, and whole class and individual student accommodations and modifications. We believe in providing access on
every level for all different types of learners. We help teachers lesson-plan, create materials and differentiate their instruction (from the whole
group presentation to the individual student work and goals) across all content and curriculum areas.
